2 c. sugar
2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
