Light Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed ripe banana
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and nutmeg.
    In a mixing bowl beat together egg whites, sugar and banana.
    Add oil and mix well.
    Stir flour mixture into banana mixture.
    Spray an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan with nonstick coating. Transfer batter to prepared pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan to 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan; cool thoroughly on a wire rack.
    Makes one loaf.
