Nut Bread With Honey Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. molasses
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Blend molasses with buttermilk; stir into dry ingredients.
Add chopped pecans.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
When baked, mix honey and butter.
Pour on top and sprinkle with some crushed pecans.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
