Shanghi Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.)
    16 oz. can bean sprouts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. chopped celery
    3 oz. can chow mein noodles
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. chopped green onion
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Chop chicken; saute until firm.
    Add celery; cook 1/2 minute. Add sprouts, sliced water chestnuts, soy sauce and pepper and cook 1 minute.
    Add onion; spoon over rice and serve with noodles.
