Herbed Italian Skillet Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 envelope active dry yeast
3 1/4 to 3 3/4 c. bread flour
1 Tbsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. coarsely cracked pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 c. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced thin
4 sprigs rosemary (for garnish)
Preparation

In a medium bowl, dissolve the sugar in 1/2 cup of the water. Sprinkle with yeast on top; set aside until it starts to foam, about 5 minutes.
