Mary Lucci'S Easter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    6 Tbsp. oil
    12 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cake yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm milk
    anise seed
    1 Tbsp. anise extract
    approximately 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix to bread texture.
    Knead; let raise more than double. Knead again, then shape into braid, ring, round or bread size. Let raise.
    Bake in low temperature oven (325\u00b0).
    Let brown on top and bottom.
    Easy to burn.
