Horace'S Veritable Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. venison
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. hot sauce
    1/4 c. commercial barbecue sauce
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Boil venison until it flakes off the bone.
    Chop meat into fine pieces.
    Place in baking pan.
    Mix sauce ingredients.
    Baste meat often during baking process.
    Bake for 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
