Delores' Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. uncooked, shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar until fluffy.
    Beat in oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add zucchini and nuts.
    Spoon into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    2 loaves.
