Chinese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 small can chopped pimentos, drained
    1 lb. cooked chicken, chopped
    2 pkg. (1 box) Lipton dry chicken noodle soup mix
    3 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute the onion, celery and green pepper in butter.
    Boil water.
    Add soup mix and stir.
    Add rice and stir.
    Combine rest of ingredients.
    Bake in a covered 9 x 12-inch casserole dish about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
