Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) can drained and chopped cherries
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, bananas, eggs, pineapple and cherries.
    Mix with oil.
    Mix flour, salt and soda and add to mixture.
    Add nuts and vanilla.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
