Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
    Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth.
    At low speed, stir in flour mixture.
    Fold in walnuts, vanilla and sour cream.
    Turn batter into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert onto wire rack.
