Potato Soup With Instant Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. instant potatoes
Preparation

Heat butter, onions, salt, celery salt, pepper and milk to scalding.
Stir in potatoes.
Continue cooking until smooth, stirring constantly.
Soup should be consistency of heavy cream. Garnish with red pepper and parsley.
