Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs, lemon juice, vanilla and bananas.
    Mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately 1/3 cup at a time with sour cream to creamed mixture until well blended.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes to 1 hour or 2 loaves; 3 small
    loaves at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
