Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    rhubarb
    pie crust
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon together. Fill pie crust 3/4 full of rhubarb.
    Pour mixture over.
    Bake at 425\u00b0
    for 15 minutes.
    Continue baking at 350\u00b0
    for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
