Italian Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 shot brandy
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Grease pan.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add the liquids (eggs and brandy) and knead.
Pinch off pieces of dough, have hands greased with cooking oil, it coats the cookie while cooking. Place on pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Keep dough cool.
