Aunt Pat'S Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 sticks butter
    12 oz. cream cheese
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    5 drops lemon extract
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. grits
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together to form batter.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
