Grandmother'S Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. light raisins
    1 1/2 c. cranberries, chopped
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt into large bowl.
    Cut butter or margarine into mixture until crumbly. Add orange peel, orange juice and egg all at once.
    Fold raisins and cranberries into mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick stuck into center comes out clean.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool on wire rack.
