Zucchini Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 beaten eggs
 
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all the ingredients and pour into a greased 6 x 10-inch pan.
 
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
