Orange Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 envelope dry yeast
4 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl, stirring until butter melts.
Add eggs; mix well.
Stir in yeast and 1/4 cup orange juice.
Beat in flour gradually.
Chill, covered, overnight. Divide into 4 portions.
Roll each into rectangle on floured surface.
Cut into 6 strips; tie in bowknot.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Let rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Glaze warm rolls with mixture of confectioners sugar and 2 tablespoons orange juice.
Yields 24 servings.
