Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large bananas
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. shortening
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mash the bananas.
    Cream the shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, bananas, flour, salt, soda and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Bake in loaf pan (greased and floured) for 45 minutes in a moderate oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
