Herb Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf sourdough or French bread
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
Swiss cheese
Preparation

Mix together butter, onion, mustard, lemon juice, poppy seeds and Beau Monde.
Slice bread diagonally (do not cut all the way through); put a slice of Swiss cheese in each cut.
Place in an aluminum foil boat.
Do not cover.
Spread generously with seasoned butter spread.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Do not overbake.
