Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of warm water.
    In a large bowl, cream together shortening and sugar.
    Add salt and blend well.
    Add egg, mixing well.
    Add remaining water and stir well.
    Stir in yeast mixture.
    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Place in greased bowl and set aside until doubled in bulk.
    Dough may be punched down several times.
    Roll out on floured surface and form into rolls.
    Place rolls in buttered pans and butter tops.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
