Pumpkin Bread(4 Cans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) cans (coffee cans).
    Fill about half full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Make at least 1 day before using, add nuts and raisins if desired.
    This can be cooked in bread loaf pans.
    (I add 1 cup raisins and 1 cup nuts.)
