Green Beans With Personality - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    16 oz. green beans (frozen)
    2 Tbsp. tarragon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Put oil in a frying pan.
    Add green beans and tarragon.
    Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, salt and pepper. Continue cooking another 5 minutes, until sugar is dissolved and green beans are tender yet still crisp.
