Bishop Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. Brazil nuts
    1 bar sweet chocolate (large size), cut in large pieces
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. dates
    1 (8 oz.) bottle each red and green cherries with juice
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, flour, baking powder and cherry juice.
    Add nuts, dates, cherries (whole) and chocolate bar pieces.
    Line bread pans with wax paper prior to putting batter in.
    Cover with heavy brown paper while baking.
    Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
