Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla and mix well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Combine dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
