Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large bowl, cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in powdered sugar.
Add oil and eggs; beat well.
Gradually add flour; stir in vanilla.
Cover dough and chill 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
