Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, beat fluffy
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
nuts (optional)
3 c. flour

Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar and beat together.
Add 1 vanilla, zucchini and vegetable oil.
