Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. frozen broccoli cuts (cook as directed; add no salt)
1 box Stove Top beef stuffing
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese (Mozzarella)
1 can cream of mushroom soup or celery or broccoli
1 onion, diced
Preparation

Mix together eggs, mayonnaise, grated cheese, soup and onion. Layer broccoli in casserole dish, 9 x 13 x 2-inch.
Layer cheese mixture.
Cook Stove Top stuffing as directed.
Add more water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Spread stuffing over top of mixture.
