Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-size avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
    1/2 large tomato, chopped fine
    1 small onion, minced (1/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    3 to 4 drops hot-pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients.
    Adjust seasonings.
    Serve with corn chips.
    Makes 1 3/4 cups.
