Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat 2 cups milk over low heat.
    Stir in corn meal and bring to boil.
    Cook until thick (about 5 minutes).
    Add 1 more cup of milk.
    Beat in eggs and beat thoroughly.
    Add baking powder, salt and butter or oil.
    Beat well.
    Turn into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until firmly set.
