Pineapple Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. zucchini, peeled
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 c. pineapple, drained
1 c. oil
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, zucchini and soda.
Add flour and baking powder and oil and pineapple alternately to the mixture.
Add raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
