Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Chef's Blend
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. half and half milk
    3 lb. crawfish tails
    Parmesan cheese to taste
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    3 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Saute Chef's Blend until soft.
    Add boiled and peeled crawfish tails.
    Cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
    Add Velveeta and milk. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
    Boil noodles until tender; drain and rinse with cold tap water.
    Stir in noodles to sauce.
    Pour into casserole dishes.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Heat in oven 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 3 (13 x 9-inch) casserole dishes.
