Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 very ripe bananas
3/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. water
2 c. pastry flour, sifted
Preparation

Mash banana with fork.
Blend in sugar, salt and beaten egg. Melt butter and stir into banana mixture.
Dissolve soda in water and add to sifted flour.
Mix and bake in loaf pan for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
