Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion (diced)
salt to taste
1 can of tomatoes
1 c. english peas
3 c. cooked macaroni noodles
1 small Velveeta cheese (sliced)
1 pkg. of Ritz crackers (crushed)
Preparation

Brown meat and onions, salt and drain.
Mix in tomatoes. Boil noodles until tender (drain).
Mix into other mixture in baking dish pour in mixture.
Top with sliced velveeta cheese and add crackers on top.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
