Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
    3 or 4 ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    1 c. pecans (optional)
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar together.
    Add beaten eggs, mashed bananas and sifted flour.
    Pour in greased loaf pan.
    (Optional: Pour 1 cup of chopped pecans in mixture.) Bake in loaf pan in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
