Ingredients

2 egg whites, beaten stiff
3/4 c. granulated sugar
10 drops of food coloring
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Turn oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Add sugar slowly to egg whites.
Stir in food coloring and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Put in oven, close oven door and turn oven off immediately, as soon as you shut the door.
Leave overnight in oven.
Store in tin to keep airtight.
Eat.
Do not open oven door for anything until morning.
