Squash And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 lb.) butternut squash
    3 Tbsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Delicious apples, pared and cored
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Pare squash.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Remove seeds and stringy portions.
    Cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
    Place slices in a medium saucepan.
    Cover with water.
    Cook covered over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and place on paper towels.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
