Steak And Zucchini Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom gravy
    1/2 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    1/2 c. water
    3 medium zucchini, sliced
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips.
    Stir-fry in hot oil in skillet. Add gravy, sauce mix and water; mix well.
    Cook, covered, over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add zucchini.
    Cook for 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
