Sweetheart Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Parkay margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    Kraft raspberry preserves
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Post Raisin Bran
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat margarine, sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
    Blend in flour and vanilla; stir in cereal.
    Shape into balls; indent centers with finger.
    Fill centers with preserves.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
