Grandma'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tsp. diet butter
    1 c. each: chopped onion and celery
    1 green pepper, sliced in thin strips
    16 oz. (1 lb.) ground turkey
    1 tsp. season salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    pinch of each: oregano and garlic salt
    2 packets Equal sweetener (optional)
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    16 chopped green or black olives
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onion, celery, olives and green pepper in butter.
    Add turkey and remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Spoon a small amount of sauce into a sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with 8 ounces uncooked noodles.
    Cover with remaining sauce and top with 8 ounces grated Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
