Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoons cinnamon
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups grated raw zucchini
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Beat eggs until light, stir in sugar, oil, zucchini, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and then the nuts.
Pour into greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
