Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe bananas
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. each: salt and baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
    In a bowl, mash bananas (you should have 1 cup). Beat in sugar, then egg and butter.
    In another bowl, stir together flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add to banana mixture and stir just until all flour is moistened.
    Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Let loaf cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to cool completely.
