Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour plus 1 Tbsp.
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla and sour cream. Add sifted ingredients.
Mix pecans, 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
Pour 1/2 batter into tube pan, sprinkle sugar mixture and add rest of batter.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
