Pignoli Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. almond paste
    1 lb. pignoli
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar together.
    Add almond paste and mix well. Roll into balls and roll into pignoli.
    Dip hands in water while rolling.
    Grease cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
