Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked and strained squash
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 can evaporated milk plus water to make 2 c.
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix spices, flour, salt and sugar well.
    Add squash and mix. Add slightly beaten eggs.
    Scald milk and add to mixture.
    Pour into unbaked crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 about 15 minutes until crust is set, then reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake about 45 minutes or until done.
