Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 c. orange juice
1 c. raisins
1 c. cranberries
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 stick softened margarine or butter
Preparation

Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all dry ingredients together; crumble butter or margarine into mixture. Add slightly beaten egg and orange juice.
When mixture is moist, add raisins and cranberries.
Pour in a greased and floured pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve at Thanksgiving.
Delicious with a pat of butter on it.
