5-Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat (raw)
    6 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. Minute tapioca
    2 small cans stewed tomatoes
    4 potatoes, chunked
    5 stalks celery, cut diagonally
    1 green pepper, cut in 1/8-inch pieces
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in Dutch oven.
    Cover and bake for 5 hours.
