Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream and refrigerate above for several hours.
Divide dough into 3 sections.
Roll on floured board, cut with cookie round and fill lightly with jam.
Fold in half and close with edge of fork. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
