Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
    In another bowl, beat together eggs, vanilla and oil.
    Pour egg mixture over flour mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed.
    Turn into two greased loaf pans or one 12 x 6-inch disposable pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
